Puzzle Cube Project

The purpose of this project was to create a cube with only five puzzle pieces and each piece needed to be at least 3 cubes but no more then 6 cubes. The problem we were trying to solve was making the cube with the requirements needed to build it. The hardest part of the project was figuring out how to make the puzzle pieces and trying to figure out how to make it into a cube. The best part of the project was that it was entertaining to make the cube and decorating it. Sketchup helps engineers to visualize designs by viewing each side of the object and helps them give ideas on how to build things. Engineers use CAD rather then just building immediately because they get to visualize the object before building it. It gives them ideas of what they need to fix, build up on, or take things down.
